"Thirteen years as a customer meant nothing here. My premiums shot up by 54%—no warning, no real explanation, just the usual “policy changes” B.S. And then, without notice, these geniuses drop my motorcycle coverage, inventing “claims” out of thin air (FYI: reporting vandalism via email is NOT the same as filing an insurance claim, and I paid out of pocket anyway).

Asked them for details? All I got was another canned response: “it’ll take weeks to investigate.” Maybe they should spend less time stonewalling and more time doing their jobs. Meanwhile, they’re jacking up my rates for no damn reason—kicking loyal clients to the curb so they can gouge new suckers.

State Farm loves to say they’re a “good neighbor,” but the reality is they won’t be there for you when it matters—just like they bailed from California and left real people in the lurch. If you value honesty, competence, or actual customer service, do yourself a favor and run the other way."

"want to warn everyone about this person, Carlos Cubilette, and this State Farm agency.

I have been with this company for over 3 years, always paying my insurance on time — $351.04 every month. I have never had an accident, and I always make my payments on time.

But this agency, without my authorization, and without sending me an email, increased my insurance to $1,128.21 and charged this amount to my personal credit card without my approval.

Now they tell me that they “spoke to an employee” and that’s their excuse. I want everyone to know that something shady is going on with this agency. Be very careful with this agent, because I am sure that many of these positive reviews are paid or fake.

I’m giving them 1 star only because Google doesn’t allow 0 stars. I’ll see them in court for charging my card without my authorization."
